Since 2010, the Sun has been Anderson's partner in this drawing series in which she draws in collaboration with the entity, following his light through the studio windows. A practice that bears witness to climate disruption in a symbiocene spirit, as described by Glenn Albrecht.

 

These performative drawings remind us that light only becomes perceptible at the moment it meets an object. By tracing the light, Anderson establishes a dialogue with the fundamental laws of physics, where interactions between photons and electrons give birth to the shapes, shadows and nuances that we perceive.

 

The Sun drawings translate the geometries that reflect the movements of the Earth around the Sun, while the empty spaces reveal the appearance of clouds that come to interrupt these lines.
